Our Approach to Copyright
Sports Wire Network (a property of Paris Supply Group LLC) respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and publishers. Our sites operate as news aggregation services that display headlines and links sourced from publicly available RSS feeds. We do not reproduce, host, or cache the full text of third-party articles. When a visitor clicks on a headline, they are directed to the original publisher's website.
Content Removal Requests
If you are a content publisher or rights holder and would like your content removed, you do not need to file a formal DMCA notice. Simply contact us and we will promptly remove your content. We can also remove your RSS feed from our system entirely.
For quick removal, email us at: [email protected]
Please include:
- Your name and the organization you represent.
- The specific content (headline or URL) you would like removed.
- Whether you would like us to stop aggregating from your RSS feed entirely.
We aim to process all removal requests within 48 hours.
Formal DMCA Takedown Notice
If you wish to submit a formal takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material on our site that is infringing (URL preferred).
- Your contact information (address, telephone, email).
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing your signature, identification of removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury, and consent to jurisdiction.
Good Faith
We operate our aggregation service in good faith. We source content only from publicly available RSS feeds that publishers make available for syndication. If any publisher prefers that we not include their content, we are happy to comply immediately — no formal legal process required.
